At Gemstone Minerals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy allows you to request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Please note that to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it must be in its original packaging.
Exempted Items:
Certain items are exempt from being returned. Those items are clearance item & certain marked sales items.
Refund Process:
To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and contact us at info@gemstoneminerals.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period.
Partial Refunds:
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted for items that show obvious signs of use, or have been opened and no longer in their original condition due to reasons not caused by our error. Returns requested more than 10 days after delivery are also subject to partial refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate. If the gift was not marked as such or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, mail it to: 9375 East Shea Blvd Suite 100 Scottsdale, Arizona 85258. Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For added assurance when returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend this to ensure a smooth return process, though we don't guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
